Our mission is to share digital skills, support, and resources with people navigating a fast-changing digital world, steered by a handful of companies whose profit motive isn't ours. Whether you’re an older person going online for the first time, a young person building digital literacy, or someone from a marginalised community — we work alongside you.

Our vision is a digitally inclusive world where everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, has equal access to digital technology and the skills to use it effectively.

We start where you are. No assumed baseline of equipment, skill, or confidence.

We learn in both directions. What we teach changes based on what we hear back — nobody here is just a recipient.

A real person replies. No ticketing queue, no auto-response, no AI chatbot — someone here reads what you send and answers it themselves.

We name the real problem. The gap isn't closing on its own, and we say so — including the macroeconomic and political forces driving it, which keeps the blame off the people living with it.
