Digital Parenting

Some of us grew up in chat rooms, forums, and multiplayer games; some of us never had the chance. Either way, the platforms children use today are built differently from how they used to be: algorithmic feeds, in-game purchases, and a phone that never leaves the pocket, all designed to hold attention. Our Digital Parenting Training works through that world with you, so you can guide your children in using it safely.

The internet gives children a lot: school, friends, play. Like anywhere children spend time, it has risks too: bullying, people who aren't who they say they are, pressure to share things they shouldn't, and content that isn't meant for them.

Topics we often cover: social media platforms, parental controls, healthy screen time habits, spotting and dealing with cyberbullying, and teaching your children digital literacy and online safety. Sessions are hands-on, with practical advice you can use at home.

Your children probably know the apps better than you do; you know more about how people behave. The aim is to put the two together: talk about what they see online, agree the rules together, and be the person they come to when something goes wrong.
